What do you think tipped them off?

The fake Theo Epstein MySpace page has been taken down. (Maybe the fact that Theo’s mom’s name is wrong tipped off the MySpace police.) I don’t know what’s more pathetic: the fact that someone took the time to set this up or the fact that 4,619 people fell for it and asked Theo to be their “friends.”

  1. Not sure how familiar you are with MySpace, but there are plenty of fake MySpace pages for celebrities like Theo. I had actually friended that page myself, but had no illusions that that was actually him.
