And speaking of physical history, I recall Clement had shoulder/neck issues at the end of 04 and the Cubs had to shut him down. This seems like it should have been a major red flag. And how did MRI’s never pick up anything on Clement’s shoulder? And why did the Sox wait all year to explore the damn thing?
