hey Seth,
Can you explain to us why both Theo and Larry Lucchino refuse to use the word “contract”? I’ve got a general idea but I’m curious to hear your opinion about Theo’s agreement memorialized through a set of motions involving his hand, ink and perhaps paper that could (or could not) be construed as the formalization of said agreement. You know…in the law school sense.
