He sounds so bitter and second fiddle and jealous and hateful, its great. I cannot imagine a scenario whereby the Rocks win this series. Sox in 5. MVP: David Ortiz. Surprise runner up MVP: Lugo C’mon the article by Chass at least had some good quotes from Hank, decent reporting getting him to send some zingers this way.

Just one tidbit: “The Red Sox,” [Hank] Steinbrenner acknowledged, “have become a popular team.” Then he added, “If it wasn’t for the rivalry with us, they’d be just another team.” Lil' Moron appears to be referring to the Sox under the current ownership, in place since 2002. Just a couple of facts, courtesy of Baseball-Reference.com (anyone could supply a hundred others): --The '92 Red Sox finished in 7th (last) place in the AL East. They drew 2.47 million fans in a park that held 35,000. --The '92 Yankees finished in 4th place in the AL East. They drew 1.75 million fans in a stadium that held 55,000. So the Sox have "become" popular, have they? Lil' Steinbrenner and Chass -- idiots who deserve each other. Well, you may be able to resist Murray, but I can’t. Just one tidbit:
